It is agreed between Seller and Buyer as follows:

2. SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS
The following representations and conditions apply to the sale of the aforementioned dog:
As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases.
The Buyer has 72 hours to have dog examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims must be made within this time period and will be verified by Seller's own veterinarian.
Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding the dog's conformation, and outward appearance (meaning the dog meets the breed standard at this age).
Buyer agrees upon purchase of the puppy that the Dog will be registered with the following name:_____________________________________________ _____.
3. CONSIDERATION
This dog, identified in Section 1, is being sold for the sum of $_____________, to be paid in full on M_____D_____Y_____
Or one of the following option may be used at the discretion of Mystical Shepherds.
1. A deposit of ___________ on ____________, with the balance to be paid before the receipt / shipment of puppy.
2. The amount of ________ on M____D_____Y_______.
4. STIPULATIONS
This dog or bitch has been graded to be WORKING quality (Schutzhund, AKC, SAR, Obedience, Police).
All puppies will be sold on an AKC un-limited registration.
Bitches shall be bred no more than every other heat cycle or no more than one back to back breeding with a one year rest period before being bred again and ONLY after the age of two years and having been OFA’d receiving at least a Fair score .
Any other arrangements may only be made with the Seller's written consent.
If buyer chooses to sell dog/bitch or otherwise place him elsewhere, Seller gets first chance to re-acquire dog/bitch according to terms agreed to by buyer and seller at that time.
5. LIMITATIONS OF CONTRACT
This contract applies to the original puppy only and is non transferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be given if the male or female has been bred. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from Mystical Shepherds on original and replacement puppy.
6. HIP GUARANTEE
X-ray films of the pups hips/elbows, showing proper positioning, and meeting OFA standards, must be submitted to OFA for evaluation at the owners expense, at one year of age. If in OFA' s evaluation, the pup shows evidence of mild Hip dysplasia or worse, the buyer can choose from one the following options:
Keep the dog, and receive 1/3 of the original purchase price back. Breeder required proof of spay or neuter before honoring guarantee.
All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
By signing this contract, the buyer acknowledges they have been informed young bones do not properly calcify until 12 months of age. Buyer acknowledges we will guarantee the hips until 12 months of age, providing the buyer agrees they will not allow environmental conditions to adversely affect the development of the hip structure. Buyer will provide a certified nutritionally complete food that will not promote excessive growth or obesity. Buyer will provide regular moderate exercise. The buyer is aware if they allow the dog to engage in activities that would stress the hips before the age of 10 months the hip guarantee becomes null and void. Activities include, but not exclusively, exercise on hard unyielding surfaces, continuous running, repetitive jumping, training in competitive dog sports, or any activity that may cause injury.
7. TESTICLE GUARANTEE
If the male pup does not have both testicles down by the age of 6 months, the buyer can choose from the following options:
Return the pup and receive a replacement pup from the next available litter, not necessarily from the same breeding.
Keep the pup, and receive 1/3 off the price of a replacement pup of similar value from the next available litter, with proof of neuter.
Keep the pup, have him neutered. Send proof of neutering to breeder and receive 1/3 of the price of the original pup back.
8. TRAINING REWARDS
Here at Vom Mystical Haus we believe in the well trained German Shepherd Dog. We offer these training rewards for you and your dog.
1. $25.00 reward will be given for: CGC or TDI certification.
2. $50.00 reward will be given for: CD, Agility, FH or Schutzhund BH.
3. $100.00 reward will be given for certification as a SAR dog.
4. $100.00 reward will be given for:Schutzhund 1 title or Police Dog Certification.
9. MAINTENANCE
Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to , inoculation, internal and external parasites, and heartworm preventative medication.
Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to maintain this dog or bitch in proper weight and physical condition. A proper diet consists of top-quality dog food and supplements. Vitamin E is an acceptable preservative.
Buyer agrees that this dog or bitch is NOT to be LEFT IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL ONLY. This dog or bitch is sold with the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties and that Buyer AVOWED the dog or bitch would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.)
Buyer agrees to provide Seller with Photographs suitable for advertising and photocopies of all awards and critiques along with the judge(s) name(s) and the Club sponsoring the show. Buyer also agrees that Seller may use the photographs and any particulars of qualifying awards in any future advertising.Pictures are to be sent at 6mos., 12mos., 18mos. and 24mos.
Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSSESS DOG OR BITCH UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE at no expense to the seller.
And finally...Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina, in the county of_ROWAN_____It is agreed the place of venue shall be in__ROWAN______ County, North Carolina.

Vom Mystical Haus certifies that upon delivery, the puppy/dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the attached health record.
The Buyer has 72 hours to have dog examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims must be made within this time period and will be verified by Seller's own veterinarian.
Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding the dog's conformation, and outward appearance (meaning the dog meets the breed standard at this age).

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.
4. STIPULATIONS
This puppy/dog is being sold for use as a family pet.
This Dog/Puppy is being sold on an AKC Limited registration. And is to be spayed/neutered by eighteen (18) months of age. If said dog is over eighteen (18) months of age, you will have thirty (30) days to spay/neuter the dog. It is the new owners responsibility to set up the date and time with their Veterinarian and to assume all financial responsibility for all services done to said canine. A statement from your veterinarian showing where this has been done must be remitted to Vom Mystical Haus Shepherds.
We would appreciate it if pictures of pet are sent at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months.
If buyer chooses to sell dog/bitch or otherwise place him elsewhere, Seller gets first chance to re-acquire dog/bitch according to terms agreed to by buyer and seller at that time. At NO time should this puppy/dog go to a Shelter or Pound!
5. MAINTENANCE
Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculation, internal and external parasites, and heartworm preventative medication.
Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to maintain this dog or bitch in proper weight and physical condition. A proper diet consists of top-quality dog food and supplements. Vitamin E is an acceptable preservative.

6. WARRANTY
The said dog will be free from hip dysplasia of genetic origin at the age of two (2) years as determined by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals(OFA) . The said dog cannot be active in Schutzhund, Agility or any jumping or slick floors, etc. that would case injury to the hip area, This would void the warranty. In the event that a problem enumerated above, the buyer shall have the option to accept a replacement puppy of the same quality originally purchased . The replacement puppy will be selected by the breeder from the next available litter and delivered upon proof of Failing OFA score(meaning Mild, Moderate or Severe) .Vom Mystical Haus reserves the right to a second opinion of the dog’s condition by a Veterinarian of our choice before the guarantee will be honored. This dog is only warranted for the purpose of being a companion dog. While it may be capable of performing other functions, no warranty is given as to its’ fitness for any special purpose.
7. VIOLATIONS
If at any time this contract is violated in ANY way, the breeder has the right to reclaim the said dog. There will be NO compensation for the said dog/puppy or its’ belongings, training or puppies. Mental or physical abuse and or lack of proper care by the buyer will violate any warranties and violate this contract. Anyone not in compliance with this contract will be taken to court in the State and county where Vom Mystical Haus resides for non-compliance of a legal document. This procedure will include but not be limited to court cost, my time @ $25.00 /hr. and all Vet costs that may be needed for the animal.
Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSSESS DOG OR BITCH UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE at no expense to the seller.
And finally...Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of
7. CLOSING
If any of this agreement is or becomes void or unenforceable by force or operation of law, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The buyer hereby releases Vom Mystical Haus from any/all liabilities pertaining to the said puppy/dog. The entire Agreement between the parties is contained herein.
